ORDER MODIFICATION GUIDELINES:
At Aromatica Perfumes, we understand that changes can sometimes be necessary after placing an order. Here's how we can help:
Cancellation: You may cancel your order within a short window post-purchase. Please email us promptly at info@aromaticaparfums.com to request a cancellation.
Address Change: Need to update your shipping address? Address changes can be made before your order is dispatched.
Removing Items: You can remove items from your order within the modification period, provided processing hasn't started.
Item Exchange: Due to pre-calculated taxes, we regret that item swaps post-order are not possible.
Requesting Modifications:
For any changes, contact our customer support team with your order number and specific modification details at info@aromaticaparfums.com.
Important: All modification requests are subject to approval. Once your order is in the shipping process, we may not be able to accommodate changes. Thank you for your understanding.
SHIPPING PROCESS:
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, regardless of the shipping option chosen. We operate Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will ship out by Thursday at the latest.
Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Express shipping options and third-party fees are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy: Ensure all shipping and billing information is accurate to avoid delays. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified details, may delay processing by 1-2 business days.
Delivery Instructions: Your package may or may not require a signature upon delivery. Couriers will leave packages at their discretion. We recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to accept the package.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 72 hours. A second email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. For tracking issues, contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Tracking information may take 1-4 days to update. In rare cases, tracking might not update, but your order will still arrive.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES:
International customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and fees required by their local customs authority. These fees are paid directly to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Aromatica Perfumes.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning fees are not included in the purchase price. Recipients must pay all applicable fees to receive the parcel. For specific charges, contact your country's customs office.
Please note, DHL may pay duties and taxes on your behalf to expedite delivery. You will need to reimburse these charges plus a small administration fee.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It's crucial to enter the correct shipping address. If you need to cancel or change your address, email us at info@aromaticaparfums.com immediately. We will do our best to make changes, but cannot guarantee it due to processing timelines.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address or issue a refund. Upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable if the package is returned.
RETURNS:
For return shipping costs and procedures, please refer to our Returns Policy on our website.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED:
All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received your order, contact the courier. We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered. For secure delivery, consider shipping to a work address or another reliable location.
