Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 


Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products once opened or used
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
